1. Information We Collect

When you submit an application through our Partner Programme application wizard (/partners), we collect and process the following categories of information:

Direct Contact

Contact Details

Full legal name, creator/organisation name, email address, and country of residence.

Audience Scope

Platform & Reach

Website URL, verified social media profile links, primary content platform, estimated reach, and demographics.

Alignment

Proposed Collaboration

Content samples, proposed launch promotions, and your statement on PaceOut mission alignment.

Security

Technical Telemetry

Submission timestamp, IP address, and honeypot validation metrics for spam prevention and rate limiting.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Under UK GDPR and European data protection standards, we process your personal data under the following recognized legal grounds:

A Legitimate Interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f))

Evaluating applicant suitability, brand alignment, content quality, and safety for the PaceOut Partner Programme. Protecting our platform and family users from deceptive or inappropriate promotional activities.

B Pre-Contractual Steps (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))

Communicating directly with applicants regarding application status, negotiating custom partnership terms, and executing official partnership agreements upon manual approval.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

Partner application data is retained only for application review, communications, security, record-keeping and legal obligations. We are reviewing the operational deletion schedule for this programme and do not promise a fixed deletion date until that schedule is implemented and verified.

  • Retention criteria: We review application records against the purpose for which they were submitted, ongoing communications, security and legal obligations. D1 records, Resend mailboxes and provider logs may have separate deletion controls.
  • Zero Data Brokerage: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade applicant personal data to any third-party advertisers, data aggregators, or commercial marketing entities.
  • Transactional Email Infrastructure: Automated application confirmations and direct communications are routed through our transactional email provider (Resend). Provider retention and deletion settings are reviewed separately.

4. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018, you possess comprehensive statutory rights concerning your personal information:

  • Right of Access: Request a full copy of the personal information we hold about your application.
  • Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete details.
  • Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your applicant records where the law gives you that right, subject to applicable exceptions.
  • Right to Restriction & Objection: Restrict or object to specific processing activities where applicable.
